Ineos Grenadier riders are seen wearing what looks like a refreshed 2025 racing kit, at a training camp in Spain.
The British super Team is sticking to the orange and black colors of 2024, but flipping the fades and trying to get the best out of it. There is a black section on the right shoulder.
The Ineos Grenadier used an orange Kask helmet in 2024, but it appears to have switched to a bright red with a white strip in the center, perhaps in a move that makes it easier to see riders in the Peloton. The team car also had white stripes.
Geraint Thomas, Josh Tarling, Magnus Sheffield, Filippo Ganna, Carlos Rodriguez, Michaú Kwiatkowski, Egan Bernal and other riders were spotted in a new kit by freelance cycling writer Emma Bianchi (@cyclartist) and agreed to publish the photo. They seemed to be heading for a place for an official photo shoot.
The Grenadiers at Ineos exchanged their usual Mallorca training camp location for Oliva, on the Valencia coast in central Spain, close to where most other teams are gathering for the 12-month winter training camp.
Tom Pidcock was not seen in the new kit, but while more riders are expected to join the camp this week, major teams are often splitting up their training groups for better road safety.
The new kit is being made by the Spanish brand Gobik after Ineos Grenadiers terminated its contract with Bioracer in 2024. The team will again ride an orange and black Pinarello bike with mainly Shimano components.
All Ineos Grenadier riders and staff spent 11 weeks together in Manchester on May 1, but the camp on May 12 marks a return to serious training and preparation for the 2025 season.
Riders lay the foundation for the 2025 season with long riders in mild Spanish winter weather. Race programs and goals will be confirmed and lots of other sponsors and team activities will fill the day around training, massage and recovery. While some teams will open their doors to the media on certain days, the Ineos Grenadier preferred to restrict media access and focus on preparing for 2025.
The team made significant staff changes in 2025, with 6 riders and new staff members joining the team, led directeur sportif Steve Cummings, head coach Xabier Artexte and performance expert Dan Bigham advancing. Cummings joined Jayco-AlUla and Bigham became Head of engineering at Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe.
Ineos Grenadiers in 2024 finished 7th in the UCI rankings but saw third place in their best grand tour results at the Giro d'Italia, with only 14 wins during the season.
They will meet in 2025 with 30 riders after saying goodbye to Jonathan Narvaez and Ethan Hayter and Luke Lowe. The new deal will include Bob Jungels, Lucas Hamilton, Axel Rawlins, Samuel Watson, Victor Langerotti and Peter Oxenberg.
