Riders with narrower face contours can now fit more securely into the performance of 100% Speedcraft cycling glasses, thanks to the all-new Speedcraft XS.
The California brand recognizes that young and female riders may need smaller dimension Speedcraft frames for superior comfort.
In response to this demand, the Speedcraft XS is a new addition to the 100% product portfolio, offering eye protection and enhanced visibility to more users.
While maintaining the proven Speedcraft features, the new XS is 15% smaller than the previous Speedcraft. As a reference statistic, the XS weighs 27g compared to the standard Speedcraft's 35g.
For riders who desire 100% Speedcraft performance but have not found a solid fit for their frame, this new XS variant has great potential.
As with all 100% cycling sunglasses, there are thermoplastic elastomer contact points on both the temples and nose pads, providing a precise balance of comfort and firm fitting ergonomics.
The Speedcraft XS is available in five colorways and features 100% rugged cylindrical shielded visor lens construction. This design allows for excellent peripheral vision and debris protection while incorporating vents in the lenses to prevent fogging.
If you want to protect the eyesight of a promising young rider in your family, or if you think your adult facial features are incompatible with most standard frame options, the Speedcraft XS may be exactly what you need.
Standard lenses are $135; multi-layer mirror and HiPer lenses are $155 and $175, respectively.
The HiPer lens, used by Peter Sagan, improves depth perception and detail recognition while riding by amplifying both color brightness and overall scene contrast.
