Boels Dolmans announced the signing of Ashley Moolman Pacio to a two-season contract. Nikola Noskova (Ekip Pawl Ka) will also join the team known as SD Walks next season.

Moolman Passio and Noskova are the fifth and sixth signings announced by the team for next year. The team will be promoted to the Women's World Tour after signing a four-season title sponsorship deal with SD Works, a payroll and human resources firm.

"With Moolman, I think we have signed one of the best climbers in the women's peloton," said team director Sportif Danny Stamm of the South African rider, who finished sixth in last month's Giro Rosa.

"She is always at the front of the pack on the climbs. Together with Ashley, we want to send an even stronger rider to the final of the toughest race on the calendar. That way we can run more dominant."

Moolman-Pasio said he was impressed with the team from the outside looking in, adding that the strength of the team meant they were unpredictable in the race and could mix up their tactics in the final.

"Over the years I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the Boels Dolmans team. 'I have always wanted to run with this team. Their ability to take the initiative in a race, like a strong block, is very attractive to me."

"The strength of the team is that they can and are willing to play multiple aces in the finale of a big race. The team will change next year, but the core of the team will remain largely the same.

"With this strong team, there are many options next season. We can take different tactics in the finals. This will make us more unpredictable for the competition and make the race more spectacular for the fans."

Stamm said that Noskova, a 23-year-old Czech, can move forward as a climber with this team, and that Noskova is a promising prospect.

"Just as Moolman has already proven her strength in climbing, I think Noskova can also be a future climber. She has the talent to play a decisive role in mountain classics and multi-stage races."

Mourman-Pasio and Nosková will join Elena Cecchini (Canyon-SRAM), Roxanne Fournier (Cheval-Mer), Demi Volering (Parkhotel Valkenburg), and Anna Shackley on the team next season.

Six more players (Jolien Dufour, Christine Majerus, Amy Peters, Ronneke Uneken, Chantal van den Broeck-Blaak, and double world champion Anna van der Breggen) have already been signed to the Women's World Tour rules leave a maximum of four slots left on the 2021 team.

Current Boels Dolmans riders Eva Bourmain, Karol-Ann Kanuel, Amalie Didericksen, Katie Hall, Skylar Schneider, and Zip van den Bosch have not yet finalized their 2021 contracts.
