CAMS-Tifosi Final Selection for 2021 UCI Continental Representative

CAMS-Tifosi, the British UCI Continental-level women's team, has finalized its lineup for the 2021 season, adding three new riders, including 2018 Commonwealth Games time trial bronze medalist and two-time British TT champion Hayley Simmons, to the riders to next year's roster.

Thirty-year-old American rider Emma Edwards and British rider Kate Wootton will be with the team this season as stagiairers, while 19-year-old Wootton has been with feeder team Team On Form for the past three years.

"Obviously, 2020 did not go as planned for anyone in the race, but we have tried to do our best in it and have always maintained close communication as a team," team principal Simon Howes said in a press release Wednesday. 'But we were able to organize a women-only social ride so fans could meet the team and ride with them.'

Regarding CAMS, the cycling arm of accident management firm Direct Accident Management, Howes said, "We are fortunate to have been promised the backing of CAMS from the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, and we are very pleased to be working with them.

Grace Garner and Charmaine Porter have both retired, but the team has otherwise retained the services of the entire 2020 roster, including 2018 Lincoln Grand Prix winner and 2019 British Criterium champion Rebecca Darrell.

Three new riders have been added for 2021, bringing the team to 13 riders.

CAMS-Tifosi's full 2021 lineup: Megan Barker, Rebecca Darrell, Emma Edwards, Jess Finney, Eli Gardner, Natalie Glinzer, Clover Murray, Jennifer Powell, Katie Scott, Gabriella Shaw, Haley Simmons, Joe Tindley, and Kate Wootton
