"I am really excited to be joining Team Cubeca Assos next year in 2021 and am really looking forward to getting to know the riders and staff," Power said in the team announcement.

"It's a great fit for me as a rider and for Cubeca Assos, and I'm really looking forward to working with my team partners. It's really great to be riding for BMC next year. I'm really motivated for this next step and want to give it my best."

Lindemann has been a professional since 2012, spending two seasons with Vacansoleil and most recently six years with Jumbo Visma; the 31-year-old has worked primarily as a domestique for the Dutch team, but also won the 2014 Tour de Ain and 2015 He has won four races as a professional, including the Vuelta a EspaƱa's La Alpujara summit finish stage.

"I've been riding for the Netherlands-based team all my life, and to move to this team, which also focuses on my purpose as a rider through the Qhubeka charity, is a great motivation and something I'm very proud of.

Senior Director Sportif Lars Mikkelsen said Lindemann would be a valuable domestique for Qhubeka Assos, while Power could be a "joker" for them if the Australian gets back on track in 2018.

"Bart-Jan will bring a very good ability as a 'helper' rider to our team. "He has ridden seven Grand Tours and nearly every classic race (mostly in the north, but also Milan-San Remo and Il Lombardia). He is a solid sprinter and an excellent climber, but above all he has six years of extensive experience with Jumbo Visma.

"Robert is a really good climber and someone who could be a real joker for us if he gets into the right environment or if the circumstances work in our favor.

"His great results in 2018 show that if we can get him back to that level, it could be great for him and for us." "If the chemistry works out, I have high hopes for him as a trump card for next season."
