Androni Giocattoli Cidermec has announced its kit for 2021. The Italian professional team Androni Giocattoli is known for its many sponsors, and this year's edition does not disappoint.
The team's longtime sponsors, toy manufacturer Androni Giocattoli and metal packaging company Sidermec (and its subsidiary InduMet), remain in prime position, as do industrial brush manufacturer Tre Colli and Lauretana mineral water
The company's business is also in the industrial brush industry.
Industrial logistics company and new sponsor Work Service Group is featured on the back and shoulders of the jersey. Meanwhile, on the cycling side, tire and wheel manufacturer Miche, saddle brand Selle Italia, and bicycle supplier Bottecchia are featured.
"We believe fans and enthusiasts will love this jersey," the team said in an official announcement.
"It seems to be the most successful and satisfying compromise between the need to highlight the many partners and at the same time give the team a true identity."
Androni Giocattoli will race for the first time in these new colors in mid-January in Taquira, Venezuela.
Outside of the kit, Gianni Savio's team has undergone an abundance of changes for 2021, with nine riders leaving and eight new ones joining.
Climber Eduardo Sepulveda joined from Movistar, sprinter Matteo Marcelli from Caja Rural Seguros RGA, and Ethiopian Nathanael Tesfacion from NTT Continental Team to become a professional.
On the transfer list are Francesco Gavazzi, who moves to Eolo Cometa after five years with Androni, and Mattia Fraporti, Manuel Belletti, and Luca Pacioni, who move to Alberto Contador and Ivan Basso's professional team. Promising Costa Rican climber Kevin Rivera moves to Bardiani-CSF-Feizane.
Swiss climber Simon Perrault stays with the team, as does Colombian Honatan Restrepo, while escape specialists Mattia Bice and Luca Chirico are back on the 2021 roster.
If the team wins the wild card, its season will again revolve around the Giro d'Italia in 2021.
