Lawson Craddock also sent contract termination letter for motorcycle violation.

Lawson Craddock is the second EF-Education Nippo rider to face possible contract termination.

The American rider attended the Mellow Johnny event in Texas over the weekend, where he was photographed riding his Giant road bike. He shared these photos on social media, but deleted the posts.

Craddock has signed a contract with Team Bike Exchange for next year, but the Australian team has not yet announced that Giant will supply the bikes. They are currently under contract with Bianchi, but will announce a deal with Giant in the new year.

Cycling News understands that Craddock was supplied bikes through Giant in the US, not through the 2022 trade team.

Cyclingnews reached out to BikeExhcange for a response, but the team declined to comment; EF-Education Daily confirmed that they "treat all riders the same" and that they are "working to find a solution that works for everyone." It confirmed. The team then confirmed that an agreement had been reached with Craddock. The team reached an amicable agreement with Lawson Craddock regarding his use of a non-team bike at a recent event. We look back fondly on our six seasons with Lawson and wish him well in his future endeavors," the team told Cycling News.

The response comes after Sergio Iguita, who is also leaving EF, was caught on video riding a Bora-Hansgrohe Specialized bike in the Colombian Gran Fondo. The Colombian rider publicly apologized after being sent a letter of intent to terminate his contract earlier this week.

The team later confirmed that Higuita would not be fired, but declined to answer whether the rider had been fined or had had his wages reduced for the last two months of his current contract.

Riders are contractually prohibited from wearing kit or using equipment that is contrary to the team's sponsorship agreement.

As an exception, riders are allowed to use their future bikes during training camps or at home, but such use usually requires a written agreement or written permission from their current team. For this reason, the bikes are often white-labeled.
