Team Total Energy has unveiled its new season kit, officially unveiling Peter Sagan's new colors for the 2022 season. The French team will wear a white jersey with blue, green, and red fade effects and blue shorts.
Sagan moved from Bora Hansgrohe to Team Total Energies this winter.
Sagan, who won his seventh career Slovak title last summer, will wear the national champion jersey starting in 2022.
Sagan, along with his brother Julai, tested positive for COVID-19 for the second time earlier this week; the three-time world champion was scheduled to start the 2022 season at the Vuelta a San Juan, but the race in Argentina was canceled due to a coronavirus outbreak. The race was canceled.
Julai Sagan is one of three riders who will follow Peter Sagan from Bora-Hansgrohe to Total Energies, along with Maciej Bodnar and Daniel Oss.
Niki Terpstra, Edvald Boasson Hagen, and Anthony Turguis will also be part of the Cobbled Classics team.
